Help out with an existing Public Affairs Program
WTJU has several five-minute public affairs programs. Some of these shows may need engineers, additional writers, or on-air voices. If you would like to assist the host of a public affairs program, contact Chuck Taylor at wtju@virginia.edu.

Submit an idea for a Public Affairs Program
The time allotted to a public affairs show includes a standard intro and outro with music accompaniment. A public affairs program should be non-specific enough that topics will last at least one year.

1. Fill out our standard application form (MS Word file or PDF)
2. Suggest an idea for a five-minute show.
3. Write one sample show text: the text should be about 4:15 minutes which doesn't include the intro/outro.
4. Include a list of future topics (at least 20)
